Here we give you a run down on what happens after booking our undercover waiters. So you’ve paid the deposit and signed the contract, what happens next? For the time being all you need to do is sit back and relax, knowing that you’ve hired the best singing waiters for your Wedding / event and that we have everything covered.
4 weeks before your event
We will be in touch to arrange a time and date for our planning call. This is where we will discuss absolutely everything together (timings, payment, things the venue may need). We will also send over our up to date song list plus some recommendations suitable for the secret singers assigned to your day. We can then discuss your chosen options and finalise them during the planning call. This is when the final balance will be due unless paying via cash on the day.
The week before your event
Jess from the team will be in touch with your venue the week before your event to run them through everything we have discussed in our planning call. If they need any certificates sending over (PLI or PAT), this is when they will be send to make sure they have the most current version.
The week of your event
We will be back in touch the week of your event for last minute checks and to make sure you’re happy with everything. I will pass on contact details for the surprise singers assigned to you in case of an emergency on the day.
