Are you looking for singing waiters for destination weddings and events? We absolutely LOVE being invited to sing overseas, and surprisingly it’s easier and more cost effective than you may think. So if you’re thinking of having undercover waiters for your wedding abroad and are worried it may be too expensive, we’re here to break everything down for you and show you how we can surprise your guests even in a different country. We’ve been lucky enough to perform in countries such as Greece, Cyprus, France, Spain, and Holland to name but a few. From sunset weddings, to award ceremonies, and even a super yacht launch! The possibilities for our surprise singers are endless.
Ok, so you’re wanting our secret singers to perform for you abroad? The starting point would be to check with your venue if they, or your DJ have a PA system in place. A lot of venues do already have this provided. We’re fortunate that we can travel with the majority of our PA system and microphones, so you will not need to hire these. This includes our mixing desk, leads, adapters and extensions. Equipment wise, we would only need speakers providing for, which if you're having a DJ it’s more than likely we can plug directly into their speakers.
For the performance date, we would charge our usual fee as if it were a UK performance. This includes a 30 minute singing waiters performance, plus an additional 45 minute evening set free of charge (should you wish to have this). We believe that as we’re already there, we want you to make the most of having us! We then charge an additional £200 per singer, per travel day needed. This helps compensate the days spent away.
Our team at Undercover Artists will then work together to find the most cost effective flights and hotel, so that our singers can arrive in good time to perform for your big day. We will usually fly the day before your event, and fly home the day after just in case of any delays. We would ask that airport parking is provided/reimbursed if needed, and food on the day.
